These General Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, online ordering, membership programs, and restaurant services.
1. Company Structure
Our restaurant operates within a multi‑location group consisting of:
Restaurant Operations (Germany) – food service, on‑site dining, take‑away.
IT Hub (Georgia) – online systems, website, CRM, technical support.
Holding Company (Netherlands) – overarching administration and group management.
All customer-facing services within Germany are provided by the respective German restaurant entity.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to:
use of our website and online services
online ordering and delivery
voucher redemptions
participation in loyalty or membership programs
reservations and general customer interactions
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
3. Menu & Opening Hours
We offer a fusion of Vietnamese and Italian cuisine.
Our operating hours are:
10:00 – 23:00
Kitchen closes at 21:30.
Opening hours may vary on holidays or special events.
4. Prices & Special Programs
All prices listed in the restaurant or on the website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
We offer three price-related programs:
4.1 Kollegensclub (Workers’ Club)
No registration required
NFC card provided directly by staff
Valid only from 14:00–18:00
Includes special menu prices equivalent to approximately 30% savings
Only valid for cardholders and non‑transferable
4.2 FounderClub
Separate membership program
Requires online application

4.3 Promotional Vouchers (Fridge Magnets Program)
We may distribute fridge magnets with QR codes for online menus or promotional vouchers.
Each voucher is valid under the conditions stated on the voucher itself.
5. Online Ordering
Online ordering is processed through our Odoo-based platform.
By placing an order online, you agree that:
prices and availability may vary
orders may be accepted or rejected for operational reasons
estimated preparation or delivery times are non-binding
6. Reservations
Reservations submitted via our website are processed through our CRM system.
A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message.
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances.
7. Membership & NFC Cards
Some services require physical NFC cards (e.g., Kollegensclub, FounderClub).
By using an NFC card, you agree that:
cards are personal and non-transferable
lost cards may incur a replacement fee
misuse may result in revocation of benefits
discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed

8. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data according to applicable EU and German data protection rules (e.g. GDPR).
Data may be processed for:
account and customer management
reservation handling
loyalty and membership programs
analytics and service improvement

9. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by:
gross negligence
intentional misconduct
mandatory statutory obligations
We are not liable for temporary unavailability, technical issues, or indirect damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
