FOUNDER PASS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern the use of the Founder Pass and participation in the FounderClub membership program.
By submitting the application form or using any version of the Founder Pass (Trial or NFC), you agree to the following terms:
1. Activation
1.1. Membership begins immediately upon submission of the online registration form.
1.2. A customer profile will be created automatically in our internal Odoo system.
1.3. A physical NFC Founder Pass will be assigned to you after activation.
1.4. Membership is strictly personal and non‑transferable.
2. Duration
2.1. The Trial Founder Pass is valid for 1 month.
2.2. The official Founder Pass (NFC version) is valid for 6 months.
2.3. Membership remains active as long as the FounderClub program continues to be offered by the restaurant.
3. Renewal
3.1. The Founder Pass renews automatically every 6 months.
3.2. You do not need to track remaining time or renewal dates.
3.3. The restaurant reserves the right to confirm or discontinue any membership at the end of each 6‑month cycle (curated membership model).
3.4. If a renewal is declined, you will be notified personally.
4. Founder Benefits
Members enjoy the following benefits:
- 20% discount on all food items
- Priority seating during peak hours
- Invitations to exclusive Founder tasting events
- Early access to new menus and special programs
- Occasional “Hospitality Emails” with updates or invitations (no expiration or billing alerts)
Additional conditions:
4.1. Perks apply to both dine‑in and take‑away orders.
4.2. Discounts cannot be combined with the 14:00–18:00 Special Menu or other promotions.
4.3. Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. NFC Cards
5.1. Your NFC card serves as your official membership verification.
5.2. Lost cards can be replaced; a replacement fee may apply.
5.3. Staff may request NFC verification to apply Founder benefits.
5.4. Misused, shared, or loaned cards may result in immediate termination of membership.
6. Membership Curation
6.1. The FounderClub is a curated membership program.
6.2. The restaurant may review member activity and participation at its discretion.
6.3. The restaurant may conclude a membership if it no longer aligns with the standards or values of the program.
7. Communication
7.1. Members may receive occasional emails related to Founder benefits or events.
7.2. These messages are hospitality communications and do not require action from you.
7.3. We may contact you directly regarding your NFC card, replacement, or program updates.
8. Data Privacy
8.1. Personal data (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, NFC‑ID) is used solely for membership management.
8.2. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR standards.

9. Program Changes
9.1. The restaurant may update FounderClub perks or terms at any time.
9.2. The most recent version published on our website is considered the applicable version.

11. Cancellation (Ending Your Membership)
11.1. You may end your FounderClub membership at any time and without any formal requirements.
A short message to our team (on‑site or via the contact form on our website) is sufficient.
11.2. When the membership is ended, any unused benefits expire immediately;
no monetary compensation will be provided.
11.3. This policy does not concern any paid contractual commitment.
The FounderClub is a voluntary, curated hospitality program with no minimum term and no payment obligations.
