COLLEAGUE CLUB (KC) – TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. Purpose & EligibilityThe Colleague Club is a curated community program designed to support the "Engine of the City." Membership is strictly reserved for active professionals in the following sectors: Gastronomy, Logistics, Transport (Taxi/Private Hire), Construction, and Emergency Services.

  • Verification: Enrollment requires proof of active employment (Company ID, Business Registration, or Industry Badge) via our digital registration form.
  • Curation: Membership is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or revoke membership to maintain community standards.

2. The "Energy Pump" BenefitMembers are entitled to a 30% discount on items specifically listed on the "Energy Pump" Menu and a 50% discount on Bottled House Water (Still/Sparkling).

  • Exclusions: All other menu items (Alcohol, Specialty Drinks, Seasonal Specials) are billed at standard house prices.
  • Non-Combinable: KC benefits cannot be combined with the "Founder Pass," Happy Hour, or any other promotional vouchers.

3. The "Hard-Lock" Time Window (14:00 – 18:00)To protect our evening service standards, the KC discount logic is strictly time-bound.

  • Active Hours: Daily from 14:00 to 18:00 only.
  • Last Call: Orders must be placed and timestamped in the POS by 17:45.
  • The 18:00 Transition: At 18:01, the system automatically reverts to regular house pricing. No exceptions will be made for late arrivals or extended sessions. Orders placed after 18:00 are billed at full price, regardless of membership status.

4. Usage & Fair Play

  • On-Site & Takeaway: Benefits apply to both dine-in and takeaway orders.
  • Table Limit: To ensure fair access for all peers, dine-in sessions are limited to 120 minutes.
  • Personal Use: The KC Card is non-transferable. It may only be used by the registered member. Abuse (e.g., lending the card to non-members) will result in immediate permanent revocation.

5. Card Validity & Renewal

  • Duration: Membership is valid for 6 months from the date of activation.
  • Renewal: Upon expiry, members must visit the Supervisor Station in person for a manual status review. Reactivation takes approximately 30 seconds via our NFC system.

6. Data Privacy (DSGVO)By registering, you consent to the storage of your professional data (Name, Phone, Industry) in our Odoo-encrypted database.

  • Purpose: Data is used solely for identity verification, transaction logging (Finanzamt compliance), and internal "Inner Circle" communications.
  • Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your profile at any time, which will immediately terminate your membership.

7. Right of ModificationThe House reserves the right to modify prices, menu items, or terms of service at any time to ensure the sustainability of the program.
